The unit is operated by pressing the bar into the door face retracting the latch bolt and releasing the bar returning the latch bolt to the rest position. The touch bar is available in two standard sizes to suit doors up to 900mm or 1200mm wide (Bar widths are set sizes with other sizes available on request). Microswitch, alarm, and holdback dogging options are available but note dogging (holdback) variants are not suitable for fire doors. Certified in compliance with EN 1125 and suitable for timber doors up to FD120 and FD120/FD240 metal doors.
