Jigtech

Jigtech is a revolutionary door handle and latch fitting system, designed to reduce installation time by 80%, resulting in improved efficiencies, cost saving and earning potential. The system is based around a unique jig that clamps to the door, automatically aligning the drill holes on both the door face and the edge. Holesaws are used to accurately bore the door, in preparation for the specially designed door handles and latches.

  • Lever on rose handles

    A range of lever on rose door handles, only compatible as part of the Jigtech system. Each lever is fixed onto a plate, known as the 'rose'. These door handles provide a modern and contemporary aesthetic, with a flush finish from hiding the screw and handle fittings behind the rose cover.

  • Door packs

    A range of door packs, only compatible as part of the Jigtech system. Each pack contains handles, as well as any hinges or latches required . These door packs provide a modern and contemporary aesthetic, with hinges and latches in the same finish to match.

  • Latches & bolts

    A range of latches, only compatible as part of the Jigtech system. Designed to keep doors closed, each latch is supplied with Jigtech spacers as standard, and has been put through rigorous testing, so you can be confident that they are built to last.

  • Fitting tools

    Fitting tools for the Jigtech system are designed to speed up installation time by 80%. We have a selection of tools to enhance the Jigtech system, including a keep locator and latch tapper, holesaw and spade bit. There is also the Jigtech PRO case, which is designed to carry all your fitting tools together and safely stored in one solution.
