CE grade 13 fire rated hinge

The fire rated CE grade 13 hinge has been tested to 200,000 cycles. The hinge has ball bearings for reduced friction and increased durability, it is suitable for doors up to 120kg and is tested to EN 1935 and suitable for timber doors up to FD120 but an intumescent is essential for use on fire doors. Each hinge pack is supplied with 6 intumescent plates.
