The ASSA ABLOY terms and conditions shall apply to any and all agreements for delivery of goods to ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions UK & Ireland and any of its subsidiaries (“ASSA ABLOY Group”) unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing between the parties.
